We need you support and want our cause reinstated!
First: You mention there were numerous objections to our cause and we do understand and respect your privacy laws, so we are not asking for their names, it might help you in your decision making to know that there is an Islamic Republic Cyber Army (a Jihadist army funded by the Islamic Republic) that Trita Parsi has referred to in his correspondence that actively seeks, hacks, deface and targets opposition groups in order to silence them. We took the liberty of citing a few sources to enlighten you and facebook and Causes administrators to help avoid others who might be victimized:

The group who objected to our site is a part of NIAC and Iran's Cyber Army. They routinely attack any dissenting voice.
On your second point, you claim that our claim was not factual. Our claim is in part based on a 28 page article published by the Center for Security Policy, called Rise of the "Iran Lobby" Tehrans front groups move on -and into the Obama Administration, by Clare M. Lopez, published in 2009. Again I have copied a portion of the 1st page for you, it states:
"A complex network of individuals and organizations with ties to the clerical regime in Tehran is pressing forward in seeming synchrony to influence the new U.S. administration’s policy towards the Islamic Republic of Iran. Spearheaded by a de facto partnership between the National Iranian-American Council (NIAC), the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and other organizations serving as mouthpieces for the mullahs’ party line, the network includes well-known American diplomats, congressional representatives, figures from academia
and the think tank world.....This report documenting the rise of what can accurately be described as the “Iran Lobby” in Washington..."
Third, Iran's own Aftab News
(accessed Dec 28, 2006) openly refers to Trita Parsi and NIAC as Irans' Lobby

"... Law enforcement experts, who have reviewed some of NIAC’s court documents, believe that NIAC has operated as an undeclared lobby and may be guilty of violating tax laws, the Foreign Agents Registration Act and lobbying disclosure laws."
Mr. Fleischer, we have cited just a few credible sources for the sake of brevity to defend our claim for the title of the cause. We did not concoct the title overnight and it was based on many reliable sources including three most recent court depositions where Trita under oath refers to himself and his organization as a "lobby" organization.
May we suggest that you reinstate our cause and allow us to serve our second home, the United States, by educating and informing the Iranian-American and Americans about the the serious national security threat posed by the Islamic Republic of Iran against the United States and those who are helping the criminal regime to continue killing our brave American soldiers and spew their hatred for Israel and the Jews at every opportunity, before another catastrophe such as 9/11 (yes, Iran was involved) strikes our nation?
Mr. Fleischer, a lot of hard work was put into our cause. You cannot, realistically, expect that we start our cause anew ...we used such information to contact and educate politicians and high level decision makers and by doing so you have successfully silenced our voices. We do hold you accountable for your actions and your organization will be held accountable for any harm that might befall on America by Iran, a state sponsor of terrorism, due to your careless and irresponsible deactivation of our cause.
Mr. Fleischer by your refusal we might have no choice to start a new cause urging your millions of your subscribers worldwide to urge you to do the right thing: Reactivate our cause! We do hope that such a cause and plea will meet your guidelines as an agnostic platform.

NIAC and its creator, t parsi, are well known Iranian Regime Lobbyists in Washington, DC. The reason you received the complaints is because we were exposing the corruption and they couldn't silence us with their thugs or buy us off, they have tried. NIAC and parsi even tried suing but they are losing that battle also. Hopefully, and of course without the help of facebook, within the next 12 months parsi and his thugs will be indicted as a foreign agents operating on U.S. Soil without permission, for violating US disclosure laws and for violating multiple US tax laws, all of which have been reported and are currently being investigated. parsi, by his own admission, has sent his US earnings to a bank outside this country without paying a dime tax and, again by his own admission, has hidden and stolen funds from the United States government . He is not even a U.S. citizen.
We protest the closing of our legitimate account by facebook and demand that it be reinstated.

I too have reviewed your terms of service and find nothing in there which could possibly justify the removal of this cause. In fact, to the contrary, your organization, if it is in any way morally driven, should immediately remove NIAC's Facebook site, as they are well known supporters of the terrorist Iranian regime. Dr Arash Irandoost's cause is one of the ways in which Facebook members can indicate their awareness of NIAC's activities, in addition to being able to read factual documentation proving beyond doubt NIAC's affiliations with a regime which tortures, rapes and murders its own people.
I consider it nothing short of a disgrace that Facebook would remove a cause which is led by honest and hardworking human rights activists who are being supported in their cause by a huge number of other human rights workers worldwide. Dr Irandoost and the 2,700 members of the cause are simply telling the truth. It is extremely disturbing to speculate on the reasons why you would remove this cause. Please provide an explanation for this. I myself am regularly approached by 'causes' on Facebook which are a) trivial, b) sexually explicit, c) encourage violence. It seems Facebook has a very long way to go in organizing appropriate 'policing' of its causes, and the decision to remove Dr Irandoost's cause needs to be immediately reversed.

I have reviewed facebook terms of service and I do not find any breaches of this contract in our post at 'NIAC is a Lobbyist for the Islamic Republic of Iran'. NIAC's public documents disclose that they are indeed a lobby and under US Lobby Laws and the use of a 501c3 tax exemption they are in violation of multiple US Laws and are currently under investigation by US authorities.
NIAC also has a facebook page. Can you advise us if they are collecting donations? Do you know they support a government that is currently murdering US Soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan? Do you know they are actively involved in trying to circumvent US sanctions on Iran? Do you know they have stolen by deception US taxpayer monies?
Can you please explain your position and the reason or reasons for the removal of our cause page which is beneficial to both Americans and the Iranian American community which has sought protection in the United States from the brutal regime in Iran and its agents operating on our soil. These are agents currently under worldwide sanctions yet you allow them to have a page while operating illegally under US Law and remove ours which as far as I can tell has not broken any of your very vague policies or any United States Laws. Again, please explain.

We are disappointed! We wish you had given us an opportunity to correct whatever in your view might have violated Cause guidelines. There were 2,679 people that had signed up and the number was growing daily. Did you receive any complaint that we had used profanity or posted inappropriate pictures or material? There are a group of Islamic Republic agents that have infiltrated our country and are advocating for policies to ensure the survival of a regime that rapes, tortures and kills innocent and peaceful demonstrators....we have plenty of court documents that shows, Trita Parsi is the lobbyist for the Islamic Republic ... Middle East is in crisis .... and Trita Parsi helps a criminal regime such as the Islamic Republic of Iran, a dictatorship that wants to wipe Israel off the map, to remain in power.
